Counter / Wait Staff

Objective: Provide overall professional service to TJ’S Pizzeria café Customers.

General: Know all the products and be able to help customers make the right decision for their meal. Know the proper operation of the Point of Sale System, take orders, customer information management, tills and banks, Driver Dispatch. Know how to serve, host and satisfy customers

Requirements: High school student or higher education. Have good Computer, Math, Social, and Language skills. Neat clean appearance.                                                                          

 Station Manager / Cook

Objective: Prepare our dishes for our Customers to be delivered, picked up or served in our dining room.

General: Know all the products and recipes, procedures and health regulations. Be able to produce dishes according to the customers order. Maintain your Station set up and Preparation according to TJ’S requirements. Be organized and be able to work under pressure.

Requirements: One year experience as a cook or station manager. Social, Health and food preparation skills. Neat and clean appearance.

 Delivery Drivers

Objective: To courteously deliver all the products specified in a Customer’s order in good condition and at the right time.

General:  Know all the products, procedures and health regulations. Know the delivery area. Make the right decision to end up with a satisfied customer. Help maintain customer information up to date and correct in the POS system. Be organized, responsible and be able to work under pressure. Know and respect traffic rules and limits.

Requirements:  Valid Driver License. Have own car, clean and in good mechanical condition. Maintain Liability Insurance up to date. Have good Math, Language, Social, and Health skills. Neat and clean appearance.
